Good coffee, good ethics. That’s what we’re all about at Alpine Coffee.

Since 1992, Alpine Coffee has built a reputation of brewing the finest quality coffee in Denver, Colorado. Our founders laid the foundation by which we still operate today. We work tirelessly to source coffee ethically by paving the way for fair trade opportunities and building genuine relationships with farmers in Cameroon and Kenya. Additionally, our partners are committed to facilitating a better quality of life through worker health and safety, environmental stewardship, sustainable development and giving back to the Earth and her inhabitants.

Alpine Coffee’s ownership team comes with a variety of backgrounds — Grocery, Cattle Ranching, Coffee, Health Care and Technology, Construction and more. Michelle Lang, Director of Operations and Justin Wallace, Master Roaster have a combined 20 years of experience with Alpine Coffee alone. Our diverse and experienced backgrounds bring a broad wealth of knowledge along with over 100 years of leadership. We have persevered through Covid and are all united over a cup of coffee as we lead Alpine Coffee into the future.

Thoughts from Our Roaster

"I started at Alpine Coffee in 2016, learning the equipment service side of the business first. My curiosity eventually led me to delve into the roasting side of the company, and I fell in love with coffees and their uniqueness and differences from region to region.  When our roaster decided to pursue other opportunities, I was able to take over and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I took all the basics from previous mentors and developed my craft over time — endless hours of trial and error.  All the mistakes I made brought me to where I am today. I am committed to always learning and perfecting technique and deepening my knowledge of coffee."

– Justin Wallace, Master Roaster
